CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Re: Does CWP or CWP Pro has Force HTTPS feature?
« on: August 30, 2021, 11:29:52 AM »
Webserver Settinga--> Webservers Main Conf or Webservers Domain Conf: this is for admin setting. In CPanel, user can enable/disable this feature without asking admin help.

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / How to restore Backup of centain date?
« on: August 30, 2021, 07:58:10 AM »
In CPanel we can have backup on Monday, Thursday and Saturday, then we have backup for several dates. So I can choose backup on certain date.

Does CWP has such feature?

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / How to see Backup Progress?

I click on Client Panel - Full Backup then backup starting, then move to another page.
Now, how do I see the backup progress?

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Re: How to enable Terminal for Users?
« on: August 30, 2021, 07:27:09 AM »
I'm not asking SHELL access, instead Terminal feature like CWP Admin has.
If Client has Terminal then Client can access ssh directly using browser.

NB: I try to upload Image but this forum does not have Image Attachment (when Click on Image then only show the [IMG] tag).

1. Does CWP support auto login to Client's PHPMyAdmin? Now, if I have 5 databases with different name/user then I must login 5 times
2. I can not enter to Client Panel when account was suspended

Installation / Re: Suggestion to CWP

After testing CWP Pro I found several errors/disadvantages:

1. Web GUI sometimes very slow
2. The Backup Database does not work on User Panel
3. Some websites suddenly error when using PHP FPM, there is log to describe this error
4. There is no Email Delivery feature, so hard to determine if email error
5. PHPMyAdmin not integrated yet, user my enter username and password for each database user they have created
6. Website Theming: not using same theme, i.e: File Manager look like no theming, another page has different logo
7. There is no integration to Help Desk/Support directly to CWP Team
8. Ticket does not related to CWP Support Team, I must buy support again, so total cost will be bigger than CPanel or DirectAdmin
9. The Dashboard show many statistic rather than tools we used daily, while CPanel has better UI
10. When we change Webserver and/or setting than the process running on background, I must manually tail log to see the progress. Another compiling available on other menus, while CPanel has EasyApache which makes everything easy to setting anda compile
11. According to EasyApache, CWP Pro has no feature to save my settings
12. File Manager: Rename icon use Edit icon, while Edit icon use Coding icon
13. Dashboard: CPU and Disk I/O always 0 (zero)
14. File Manager: what is Resolve Ids? There is no popup/hint to describe
15. Service Management: there is no feature to restart Service
16. Advanced File Manager: there is no different to Regular File Manager
17. Mail Queue: there is no filter
18. CSF: no UI, only plain editor while CPanel provides UI
19. DNS: no clear/reset DNS feature
20. Mobile: the web UI not ready for mobile

After using CWP several months then we decide back to CPanel again to avoid users complains. We will use CWP again once this product meet our daily requirements. Now, we also try Interworx.

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Database Backup not working
« on: August 24, 2021, 11:27:05 PM »
From user panel the Database Backup not working, only 120 Bytes generated.
I already buy Pro version for a year, but look like CWP Pro is not ready for daily business.

Any screenshot? Do you mean MailServer Stats?
Any secure warning need your attention to fix.

Try to update CWP. If still fail you need to use Object Inspector (on Browser) to debug the missing text.

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Re: How to Increase Username Length?
« on: August 14, 2021, 03:30:56 AM »
migration from cpanel has no limit on the username..
Also on new CPanel version, we can use > 8 chars in username. Hope CWP Dev can provide us this important feature.

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Does CWP or CWP Pro has Force HTTPS feature?
« on: August 14, 2021, 03:19:41 AM »
I just buy 2 license CWP Pro but can not find this Force HTTPS feature.
Is it available? Because when using Nginx any .htaccess will ignored, so this Force HTPPS feature must be provided by CWP.

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / How to enable Terminal for Users?
« on: August 13, 2021, 05:26:28 PM »
1. How to enable Terminal for Users?
2. Why File Manager not use same CSS style? Dashboard has nice CSS, while File Manager not.
3. Why Dashboard use "-" for Expand and "+" for Minimize while other Page use "+" for Expand and "-" for Minimize?

I see CWP is very good product in Functionality but very bad in UI design (some UI was good, but not consistency on other page).

I just realize that your logo on Order/Billing System is different, this logo better.
It is simple and fresh.

Installation / Suggestion to CWP
« on: August 11, 2021, 05:33:14 PM »
Hi, I see CWP currently has better feature and now I want to try to replace my CPanel.
But here my suggestions for CWP:

1. LOGO: Replace CWP logo with fresh one, you logo too retro/old
2. FORUM: your forum TOPIC too many, just make several topics
3. OS: maybe need to support Debian/Ubuntu. CPanel supports Ubuntu now.
