CentOS 6 Problems / Installation problem after install Drupal 7.52

Hello
Recently I have installed CWP.admin in a AWS centos 6.6. Installation is perfect. After configure basic needs then I configure a domain and install Drupal 7.52 on the folder pointed to this domain. My problem is that when I open the site like http://mysite.com, it is showing the centos default page "Http Test Page" but when I open http://mysite.com/index.php my site is working. What is the problem? Any help please?
