CentOS 7 Problems / Port 2083 Keeps showing Admin login only
« on: September 14, 2021, 05:42:37 PM »
I have a bug i cannot seem to solve.
When i login using domain or ip with :2083  it only shows admin login , i tried using the user login and it says `this is admin area` with a small link showing click here for user menu, problem is clicking it is same place on port 2083.

The admin area works fine on port 2031

Any advice would be appreciated.

CentOS 7 Problems / Cannot Access User CWP
« on: May 09, 2021, 11:49:15 AM »
This used to work fine and most of the time is usually only me accessing my server so dont use it much.

Went to use user area yesterday, using port 2082 or 2083 , but it just seems to divert to admin login area whihc works fine on port 2087
If i use admin login details at port 2083 it actually logs in, but if i try to use a user account it gives error and says you are logging into admin area try here, and the link takes me nowhere.

I am not aware of any changes that could possibly affect this although i have notice my bind dns server option will not start up, everything else on site including ftp web phpadmin and everything else all works just fine.

Anyone come across this before or can point me to what to look for ?

SSL / Install SSL on actual CWP link being ip number
« on: June 26, 2020, 05:09:54 PM »
I have SSL installed on some of my domains whihc is great.
I have moved pma to one of the domains so its now secure.

How to i make the actual cwp and cwp admin logins secure knowing they are Ip numbers..

IE https://IPNUMBER:2031/login/index.php
or make one of my existing SSL certs be usable by CWP , can i point it to the curent certificates as i have subdomains ?
Basically above shows https  but scratched out as obviously cert not installed there ?

Updates / No Access via Webpage to CWp after Update
« on: March 05, 2018, 08:29:56 PM »
I am stuck at minute as when i logged in it told me i cannot access panel and required update.
I followed the instructions and had initial couple of problems as http would not come on etc.
Now all my domains seem to be back online , mariadb is updated and working and all looks good.

To access my panel previously i used port 2030 but now when tryign to access i get this..
404 Not Found

I have tried different ports in case its changed but i am unsure where to find it to see if it has changed , or is there something else i am missing ?
All teh domains are definately working and i tested they are accessing sql so all is running fine , i just cannot access panel.

any help would be appreciated :)

CentOS 7 Problems / is there limit on domain length
« on: August 27, 2017, 07:44:40 PM »
I have my cwp all installed and have a few domains on it already and working fine , today i tried to add a domain and it kept throwing error..
Changing password for user *****.
passwd: all authentication tokens updated successfully.
Changing shell for *****.
Shell changed.

Warning! User Account ***** not added !!!

I can still add users as i tested another afterwards , only thing i can notice is that this is longer then other domain names , is there a length , or where can i see error log for this ?
I did try to  userdel -r *****    and try again but same result.
Length may be no issue but i could see nothing else obvious to cause it , any help greatly appreciiated.
