CentOS 7 Problems / CWP User certificates
« on: January 24, 2020, 10:26:36 PM »
Curious why the customer does not have any options other than Autossl in their user cwp panel.  What if a user has a cert at godaddy and wants to renew, I see no way under a user panel for them to generate a csr, then update their own certs, or am I missing something?

CentOS 7 Problems / Log troubleshooting
« on: January 24, 2020, 02:01:52 AM »
I had a customers website go down this evening.  They said the page they had been presented with was a white page with something about maintenance.  I have tried looking through numerous logs /var/log/ and in the website logs and I am not seeing any issues during that timeframe.  I know the possibility could be a customer issue but curious if anyone knows about a maintenance page, maybe if cwp auto updates something, or if there is a specific log that will tell me something.

DNS / Multiple NAT IPs to 1 server
« on: January 16, 2020, 05:06:07 AM »
Has anyone successfully setup multiple IPs on a cwp7 server with all IPs as NAT and successfully applied different IPs to different sites?  Cpanel does it, so does centos and other software so I am unsure if it is a limitation cwp or what.  I need assistance and I am willing to pay to help me get it working as we want to get away from cpanel.  I already tried the route of cwp paid support and they brought my customers down completely and nothing on the server worked.

Addons / CLoudflare Plugin
« on: January 14, 2020, 08:17:44 PM »
Is there any chance that a plugin for cloudflare will be incorporated into cwp7.  We are migrating all our DNS from internal to cloudflare and would like the ability to use the cloudflare api to allow customers to make minor changes.  CPanel has an addon for it, curious if CWP is also working on it.

Thx!

MySQL / CWP7 Pro remote db behind haproxy
« on: January 09, 2020, 03:57:03 PM »
Hello all, new to CWP and the forums.  First I would like to say, I have read and looked for articles on accomplishing what I want to do.  I have not found any straight forward answers.  We are currently using cpanel and I am migrating all the cpanel servers to cwp7pro.  I have a galera cluster setup behind an haproxy server that has been running fine for a few months and works with 2 of the cpanel servers.  So far I have gone in and created a global user for 1 of the cwp servers, opened up the firewall for that ip in cwp and validated I can access the galera cluster through haproxy from cwp.  What I am not really able to wrap my head around is how do I set that as the default database connection in cwp.  DO I nee to add lines in MySQL configuration in the web panel of cwp and if so what exact lines need to be in there?  Or do i need to do something in cli through ssh on the server?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
