CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / Re-create user fails

Dear CWP community,
I have an instace of CWP7-Pro running with nearly 200 users. I have been working with a user-account 'wiki' with domain 'wiki.mydomain.info' and I had the user configured with SSH access. After running into difficulties with this user, I decided to delete the user. CWP confirmed useraccount, subdomain, database and backups were all deleted.
So I thought I could start from scratch by creating the user anew. However, CWP returns error:
Warning! User Account wiki not added !!!
I cannot find more details to this message. Your help would be greatly appreciated!?
