Scripts / WP Script not working as I install and can't login to dashboard.

Since I ran some updates last I haven't created a new user in CWP and installed a new WordPress site.  But, last night I attempted and no matter if I use a certain username or not, I can install WordPress.  But, I can't login . If I manually install the username and password, I can login but it takes me to the site and NOT the WordPress dashboard. Any ideas?

I am using CWP pro and updated to the latest of everything. When installer WordPress I can reach the site going to the domain.com/wp-admin.  But, I get a login, my user doesn't exist i created during the script install, and when i manually create it in phpmyadmin, I get logged into the website home page and not the dashboard of WordPress.  Any ideas?

SSL / Wiped AutoSSL hostname cert and files, reinstalled, same issue

I have an issue where I have removed all hostname cert files, changed hostname, and then rebuilt mail server, the domains still get a CA Root Cert error, that the cert is not trusted.....  How can this be fixed?

SSL / SSL for PHP default to send mail via SSL from contact forms from wordpress sites

I wanted to see if anyone has setup wordpress/cwp to default to SSL for sending your email when people fill out contact forms.  Today, mine doesn't appear to do so and I have to manually setup a Wordpress SMTP plugin to get it to work.  I was wondering how one can setup to default to this on the server back end  to avoid this extra leg work.

Postfix / After a server restore POSTFIX no longer works

I paid for CWP support to fix my postfix and mail server so that I wasn't getting invalid certificates.  They advised all they did was add my server to the /etc/hosts in an entry and rebuild my email server.  After restoring a snapshot due to other reasons (where I didn't mess with postfix at all) I am no longer able to connect to mail servers and send email.  I also had tried what they said they did probably 20 times no joke and this didn't fix the issue which is why I paid for support!  Has anyone ran into this or no SASL authentication mechanisms?  What did you do to fix it?  Any tips?  Appreciate anyone's help!

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / New account can't login to user panel

Hello,


I have an account that I had to delete and then re-add (even tried a completely different username) but whenever I go to login to the user panel to install wordpress for the site, it just loops me right back to the login.  I have fixed permissions, I have deleted everything and tried to start fresh with this particular user/site, I've tried different browsers, I've cleared cache/history/etc..., I have ensured that CSF ports are opened that are required..  Any ideas?

CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / Server setup, changed a few things now DNS overwrites itself....

I have a server in a VPS I setup, got everything setup, mail (paid for support to do this), I ended up changing a few things not related to DNS or email and then magically the CWP my DNS zones now ALL show no ip address associated with the domain.  I have fixed them and before I get through them all I click on "Check All Zones" and then magically DNS entries are GONE and no IP address found.  I have deleted zones, re-added them, rebuilt the zone, I'm about to just blow this entire setup away and start over which sucks because it took me 2-3 weeks to get this far.

I don't know what I'm not doing right or what needs changed to get this working.  A buddy of mine setup CWP, and everything, and email just worked, but mine I've had nothing but issues getting to get it working.    Any tips?  I got this far tailing the log and playing around with settings until I got email to go outbound and not hit spam box.

E-Mail / Can't send or receive email.

I am fully new to CWP....  I setup my own VPS, I have proper DNS, my websites and everything work fine.  But, for some reason I can't send or receive email to any of the domains on my VPS.  Has anyone ran into this and can you give me any tips on what to check that may be causing this issue?

How to / Two issues migrate from cPanel and varnish says not installed

So I am migrating from HostGator shared service to my own VPS and CWP....  I installed varnish in CWP but when I click it, it says not installed.  CLI shows it is wondering why this shows this?


Also, I copied all files to my PC and transferred them to my new server under public-html of each domain.  I chose to do this because when importing via restore it creates subdomains and that's not how I want it setup.  I want each domain separately setup as its own domain.  Anyways, when I copied everything it shows a 502 error when going to my domain or my domain.com/wp-admin....  Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong or what I need to modify?  Do I need to change wp config to new database?  Since I'm moving to a new server will there be other files I need to modify the configuration on?  I can't use the CWP server migrate feature I've tried but since my service is shared with HostGator I don't have root access.  I'm considering upgrading to a VPS on their end just long enough to be able to do this to make it easier if it will be more simple of a process.

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Issues with CWPCONTROL

Hello all,


Thanks in advanced for taking the time to review my post and provide any guidance.  I am familiar with cPanel and totally new to CWP.  I have a VPS I setup, I am able to access CWP Web GUI, I have setup two domains, I have edited the web server name-servers, I have created all DNS records within CWP, updated registrar name servers to point to CWP name servers. But, I'm still not able to access he domains or resolve them.  I've tried resetting everything and starting from scratch and no matter what I do when I do everything I have found on tutorials and stuff it doesn't work.  I'm at my wits end and about to give up and pay for cPanel or another web hosting control panel.  Can you provide any tips, what I may be missing, etc...?  I can provide any screenshots or additional information necessary!  Again, I appreciate any help anyone can provide.  I am NOT an average user I have done IT for 20+ years, I'm a network engineer, and very technical person but this has me stumped.
