Another issue:
You can NOT remove an account after importing unless you disable the backup and wait an hour.
User Account Removal FAILED! User account folder still exists!

This seems the reason why, but I thought this api was only used for the cwp -> cwp migration and can't find any doc explain how to use it in cPanel -> cwp migration.

Migration from other control panels / Migration failed from cPanel to CWP
« on: October 21, 2018, 05:42:13 PM »
Today, I wanted to migrate my cpanel account to CWP, but it just fails after copying the files, I can see there is the user created but no access granted.
Tried it even without my email accounts same error: after file copy it stops, no progress indicator and some weird errors about mailboxes from the past which have been deleted. Not sure what to do as it's not good start to swap from cPanel to CWP.
OK, small step further, it failed on my created package, but when using the 'default' it seems to go through the whole process, but it has failed in creating the mysql dbs and mailboxes, any on any ideas?
In List accounts:
Notice: Undefined offset:1 in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/modules/list_accounts.php on line 0

Notice: Undefined offset:1 in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/modules/list_accounts.php on line 0
Listing my account, but above those 4 rows of errors....

CentOS 7 Problems / pure-ftpd.service is marked executable. Please remove executable permission bits
« on: October 15, 2018, 07:51:22 PM »
NEW installation.
Configuration file /usr/lib/systemd/system/pure-ftpd.service is marked executable. Please remove executable permission bits. Proceeding anyway.
Can I change the permission to 0644 from the original 0755 with
chmod 0644 /usr/lib/systemd/system/pure-ftpd.service
Or will that break the ftp service?

Installation / Migration cPanel to CWP
« on: October 14, 2018, 02:25:35 PM »
Hi,
I have a VPS with cPanel and want to migrate to CWP but don't want to change IP of my cPanel user account.
to avoid huge downtime, I have set the refresh of my domain to 300 and created two new name servers pointing to the same IP as my user account is using on cPanel.
Can I create a new CWP VPS with same IP as I use in my current cPanel account?
Current situation:
cPanel VPS: x.x.x.150
cPanel user account: x.x.x.151
New situation:
CWP VPS: x.x.x.151
CWP user account: x.x.x.151
ns1.nameserver: x.x.x.151
ns2.nameserver: x.x.x.151
Any help/advise much appreciated.

CentOS 6 Problems / Re: CentOS6 Upgrade
« on: April 07, 2017, 06:58:56 PM »
@gunix, thanks I found your previous remark and that made it for all 'normal' domains working, but the server ssl is just not working.
Step 3 in http://wiki.centos-webpanel.com/hostname-ssl-with-letsencrypt
I had to remove that file otherwise it generates following error:
service cwpsrv restart
Stopping cwpsrv: [ OK ]
Starting cwpsrv: cwpsrv: [emerg] nexpected end of file, expecting ";" or "}" in /usr/local/cwpsrv/conf.d/cwp-ssl.conf:9
[FAILED]
*** Triple checked that files with several editors and can't find anything wrong ***
CWP are talking about a new feature, but can't find that either...
Version 0.9.8.184 – 0.9.8.196 (released 01-22/03/2017)
- [New Feature] AutoSSL for Hostname
Now when I use Konqueror browser I get following error:
SSL version TLS v1.2, Encryption and details are empty, but Organisation and unit are CentOS Web Panel, Country HR, State Zagreb, City HR,
?
I was not aware CWP is from Hungary... weirdo....
Trusted: NO there where errors The certificate is not signed by any trusted certificate authority...
But when checking with the 3 test websites in the letsencrypt section all 3 show everything is fine....

After fixing many issue I am only left with the https [letsencrypt] for the server not working.
All 3 ssl checkers say it is all fine, but I can't login with https.
Any one any ideas?
Thanks
