E-Mail / Server Error: STATUS
« on: August 18, 2020, 08:31:45 PM »
Upon creating a new web account and then setting up an email, then logging into RoundCube, I receive the following error:

Code: [Select]
An error occurred!

Server Error: STATUS: Internal error occurred. Refer to server log for more information.

In the server log I the only thing I can really see at the date and time frame is this:
Code: [Select]
[18-Aug-2020 20:02:18 UTC] PHP Warning:  count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /usr/local/cwpsrv/var/services/roundcube/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_plugin_api.php on line 438

RoundCube version is currently: Version 1.4.8
CWP Version: CWPpro version:
PHP version: 7.2
I have other accounts (older ones) and those emails work just fine (No errors, send and receive).

But new accounts (I created 2 of them) both have those errors.

What I have tried:

Googling the issue, No results worked
Editing config file adding:
Code: [Select]
// Log IMAP conversation to <log_dir>/imap or to syslog
$config['imap_debug'] = true;

updating RoundCube to the current version (listed above)
Code: [Select]
sh /scripts/mail_roundcube_update

CentOS 7 Problems / Email Accounts > Mail Forwarders
« on: December 23, 2017, 04:56:55 PM »
I added some mail forwarders for testing, but when I go to the Mail Forwarders page to remove them, they aren't showing up in the list.  If I try to re-add, it says "Alias email already exist".

How can I remove them, if I can not see them?

Migration from other control panels / Re: Restore from cPanel to CWP

Yes, I followed all those steps.   It restored for the most part... But its not adding in any of the subdomains or the databases.

Its entering the databases into MySQL, so if you goto phpmyadmin you can see all the databases there.  But if you go into the account, and goto MySQL management, there's nothing there.

As well as, if you go into the account, and click on Subdomains, Its empty.

Migration from other control panels / Restore from cPanel to CWP

I am trying to restore some accounts from cPanel over to CWP.   The restores appear to be working, however, it is not transferring over any Subdomains (folders are there, but no subdomains listed in panel).  As well as, MySQL databases.  It shows they are there, and are visible through phpmyadmin, but they do not show up under MySQL Manager.

This was from doing a "full backup" on cPanel, and then restoring on CWP.  Am I missing something?  Or is there some other way to pull all that info over?
