Hi,
I found a way to have it working, letsencrypt will add the www alias if you have it as an A record in the dns entries of the domain (by default the www record seems to be added as a CNAME)

In short, edit domain dns records, remove www as CNAME, add www as A, remove old certificate, create a new one and now it contains both domain.com and www.domain.com

Hi,
Works great but there is an issue, the configuration on the /usr/local/cwpsrv/conf.d files is lost after running an sh /scripts/update_cwp
Would there be a way to make them more permanent?
