SSL / Re: Auto SSL DNS does not point to server.
« on: July 10, 2021, 02:23:00 AM »
As simple as it sounds it was port 80 some how being blocked from the updated autossl. I have my sever set to DMZ on the router firewall think the server firewall could handle all port requests. Some how although this allowed website to be live it wasn't forwarded In a manner autossl would accept.  "Unfortunately I don't completely understand this" actually port forwarding individual ports on my router allowed autossl to validate correctly and issue certificates.

Sorry forgot to post the solution.
Ended up being port and firewall settings.
If your getting this error and your DNS is set correctly make sure your firewall and ports are set to allow the correct traffic.  Cheers

SSL / Auto SSL DNS does not point to server.

I have recently started getting this error. No changes on my serve has been made.

My GoDaddy account was hacked and some information on a domain was changed but has been reverted back to before.

This error is across the board for all sites hosted on my server.

I have tried looking .htacess files, And fixing account permission.

Every account and every URl returns this DNS message.

Everything also uses GoDaddy DNS as far as changing records which has worked fine till now.

How do i do that. It appears the only way to contact support is to pay for it... Was it not a bug issue? I created a test site with sitepad and it doesn't show up as a active user so im assuming the bug still exist even in the update.

Got the update command to run correctly, however this had made no change to sitepad.

Sitepade support was consulted and advised it was a bug in CWP ?!

Hello. i run that command and it returns some warnings unable to register authentication agent, Cannot determine user of subject. this was done through SSH client.

Also the dashboard is showing CWP is up to date. but i will attempt to run it on the server its self shortly

Addons / Sitepad, Created site. Next day no site found.

Hello. I installed sitepad. It was used to build 2 websites however 24 hours later sitepad says the websites that are up and visible are not found. This prevents users from login and editing or posting to there live site.

Any idea on what my be causing this. All sitepad data is visible within the username directory.

Thank you

Same problem this seems like a pretty large issue across the board. Any one have a actual solution that allows your CWP SSL to be valid for the control panel
