E-Mail / Re: Gmail Marks Emails As Spam
« on: July 31, 2020, 08:17:08 AM »
Hi.
Gmail sends emails sent from the server to spam, although all the checks passed successfully in the email properties.

On other mail services such as Yandex and Mail.ru this does not happen.
Adding a domain to postmaster.google.com did not solve the problem.
Is there any way to solve this problem?

Did you manage to solve this? I have the same problem. I think it is a problem with key length DKIM 1024 and gmail accepts better 2048, I did a comparison of cwp7 and cpanel and the only difference was the DKIM, and in cpanel there was no spam problem

E-Mail / Re: emails to hostmail and outlook always goes to spam

hello,

i have configured SPF, DKIM, DMARC records for my domain and rDns is matching the SMTP banner. my email spam test score is 10/10 still all emails to hotmail and outlook going to spam folder. i have even contacted hotmail team to unblock my IP as it has clean reputation and not reported in any of the ban/spam list but they always reply your domain/IP is doesn't qualify for mitigation.

see the attached snaps for reference. kindly suggest what else i can do to fix this issue.

Hello,

I want to use my own domain address for ssl/tls imap and smtp instead of servers address.

Example:

My domain is test.net, mail server is mail.test.net and Let's encrypt is generated with all Admin services (mail,webmail,...)
Server is server01.testing.net. Firefox is complaining that CN in certificate is server01.testing.net and not mail.test.net.

I hope that someone understand what I want to achieve :)

Thanks...

How did you solve this? Did you manage to do it

DKIM / Re: 2048-bit DKIM

:( I've been trying to do this, but if success fails, did you accomplish something? Apparently Gmail and Hotmail are demanding it or sending you to SPAM
