There might be two processes running for MySQL, check using this command :-

Did you recently changed MySQL root password?
If yes then check if its present in these file or not /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/db_conn.php and /root/.my.cnf

Hi Kepler,
There are two options :-
1) Use domain registrar (Godaddy's) nameservers and just point MX and WWW A record to your server.
2) Create your own nameservers at both domain name registrar end (Godaddy) & server end.
ns1.mysite.com --> 1.2.3.4
ns2.mysite.com --> 5.6.7.8
Once done then update ns1/ns2.mysite.com nameservers at Godaddy end and at your server instead of ns1.centos-webpanel.com and ns2.centos-webpanel.com

ppdb-online.web.id is currently pointing to 89.37.67.130 IP address.
As per intodns link https://intodns.com/ppdb-online.web.id
ppdb-online.web.id domain name is using uk1/uk2.bimasoft.web.id nameservers at registrar end and ns1/ns2.bimasoft.web.id at server end which are mismatched and ns1/ns2.bimasoft.web.id doesn't exists at registrar end.
So you will need to fix this part first.
Once done then try to add NS1 and NS2 at 89.37.67.130 server end.
