minimal is OS without any packages installed...you need only core CentOS without any webservers or SQL databases as this all will be installed and configured by CWP

you will need to contact cwp support for that, if that is centos 6 32bit then you will need to migrate to a new OS.

by using cwp secure kernel you would have much higher security limiting the access to user needed files only.

you would need to check where it exist and remove it manually, probably only linux system user exist if you don't see it in the cwp

the best would be to try rebuilding webservers from cwp and fix account permissions also from cwp for that account and if that doesn't work then try checking with cwp support.

you need to install php-fpm to be able to use it
