I setting CWP finish, I upgrade phpmyadmin and php version (use php switcher). Then I login to phpmyadmin this have problem

mphpadmin is Version information: 4.0.8, latest stable version: 4.6.2. But I can't find topic upgrade phpmyadmin in this forum. Admin can help me. Tks so much!

I creat new hosting for my web using open sourch Wordpress. I use Centos Web Panel for my VPS. Yesterday my web is ok, but today then I setting and active Varnish Cache, my web is show this misstake.
