The error logs stay in the /usr/local/apache/domlogs/*.error.log  ;)

If it can't be accessible or view able by the hosted user what is the use of it. Before reply think twise.

It was an important thing which each hosted user needed it.

yes all access and error logs are in /usr/local/apache/domlogs/ sorted by individual domain name.

If the error logs are not accessible by the user in their control panel what was the use to staying it there ..?

Error logs are very important for users, if they have sort of issues in their script how they can access it if it was

not view able from their control panel ? Did you think each time the server admin or support have time to share

the error logs with them ..?

Dear Developers,

Congratulate for the new login window, Iam an PRO user, after recent update error log option is not showing

any where in the user control panel. So please let me know if it was removed or it will be available when any error

happen in php script which Cpanel follow.  So please let me know where is our error log   >:(

If any one know how to move this user error logs to their public directory or error occurring folder same like

Cpanel. OR please consider this request to be added in your next update to move the error logs to user direcotry

by this way user usage quota will also effect and if any one is not caring about error log they will start looking to

it if their quota was full because of error log files.

The recent update removd the error log from the user account. Did any one have the same issue.

thinking me to move to other Control panel. In my users accounts the error log view option is not showing.

Dear All,

The recent update have GUI issues as I found the update installed with latest code on the server
What I have done is I have edited the code of the updated file and renamed some menu header
title. So it solved my issue but customization of each page (Login, logo, Brand name etc.) need to
replace as past. But GUI Have the same issue of un alignment.

Check you have configured the host name in the cwp also open you hosted domain name folder and edit
wp-config.php file and check the domain name was there in the file. Mostly this issue may happen beause
of wrong installation of CWP. If you are installing an wordpress in you server First give priority to the firewall
In a day many Hackers from china and different region are trying to Hack wordpress installed site on CWP
As you IP with path  http://192.168.1.28/~system/wp-admin/  is an big security issues.

Dear Team,

Yesterday the server was automatically updated the version and because of it there was many problems showing in

in the CWP Pro version. If the versions are not fully tested them why you are releasing it ..?

1. When we open an customer control panel and go to Mysql Manager

Google chrome error log : On page loading with out clicking Add user below is the error log in chrome.

2. GUI of the same page is showing everything un aligned

Hi, This is all happen when you update the CWP as I also faced the same issue in the midnight

and one of my customer shouted to me as his website was showing default page. It was an wordpress website

and after digging every where I found an resolution to the issue. Restarted the DNS nothing happen but after restarting

the Apache web server from the CPWP control panel the website came back to live. Why i have restarted the apache is

because I have tried to acces that wordress website backend it was working fine but the main page is showing the issue

so it will because of the web server. I also tried to fix the account permission it won't be work after restart the apache everyhting worked.

Have you run an mxrecord check and smtp test?

Goto mxtoolbox.com and do that to ensure dns is resolving and that the smtp server is functioning correctly.

Everything is fine and all are pointing well, As previously created domain emails have folder in the Var/Vmail but newely created email accounts are not create folder for them
