Updates / Re: Weird new version?
« on: February 18, 2020, 10:29:05 AM »
2083 is the user panel.  2087 / 2031 is the root panel
That makes sense thank you!
However, when I try either of those two ports, I'm not logged in but I'm just getting a link to new panel (with 2083 port), see printscreen:

Any clue how can I get to root panel?  :-X

Updates / Weird new version?
« on: February 18, 2020, 08:06:10 AM »
Hey there!

I have a weird new login area when i try to login to CWP which is redirecting me to 2083 port (instead of 2023 which was used before), and when I login the new panel looks so minimized and with lack of option that I had earlier. Is that normal?
This is how it looks now:

Is that normal? Shouldn't i have more options and control?
Like, I used to have services listed and I had ability to restart/start/stop those?

This is how CWP used to look like:

Current CWP version: 0.9.8.940
Thank you.

Hello there.

DNS / Domain point to subdirectory?
« on: May 09, 2019, 01:05:04 PM »
Hey all.

I have domain mysite.com and I have Moodle installed in /~directory/
I'd like my main domain to automatically point to /~directory/ and make that my root domain, if that's possible? How can I do that without moving the whole moodle into actual root dir?

For what it's worth, I'm using CentOS 7, and CWP 0.9.8.812.
Apache version: Apache/2.4.29
PHP version: 7.0.33 [PHP Switcher]
MySQL version: 10.1.31-MariaDB
FTP version: 1.0.46

Thanks.

Updates / Re: How to update from 0.9.8.519 version?
« on: March 05, 2019, 11:10:24 AM »
since it's expired you would need to do a manual update, the best would be that you try to contact support
I managed to update it myself, but thank you anyway :)

Updates / How to update from 0.9.8.519 version?
« on: March 04, 2019, 08:53:27 PM »
Apparently, with my hosting I got CWP version 0.9.8.519.  ???
At least that I can see from /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/version.php
I can't access CWP page - it shows just blank page.

How should I proceed with upgrade? Note that I have CentOS7.

I tried with sh /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/scripts/update_cwp
but i got this:
Quote
PHP Fatal error:
The encoded file /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/cron.php has expired.
 in Unknown on line 0

Thanks.

PHP / Re: suPHP - 500 Internal Server Error
« on: March 04, 2019, 01:10:26 PM »
Hello there guys,

Another one in desperate need for help here.

I'm getting 500 error whenever I try to open php page. I can open html pages though.
I have newly installed CentOS 7 with CWP.

I have very limited knowledge about linux environment, though I know how to use ssh (i own another linux server, which was already in working condition when I get it).

Here's files and permissions that I have in htdocs directory:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root     49 Feb 20 09:31 index.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root   5069 Feb 26  2018 index-orig.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 550726 Feb 19 23:30 najava2019.png
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root     24 Feb 19 23:32 nikola.php
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root     10 Feb 19 13:07 phpinfo.php
drwxr-xr-x 6 root root   4096 Aug 22  2014 webftp_simple

And here's an error from error_log:
[Mon Mar 04 14:07:41.395390 2019] [:error] [pid 2115:tid 140338167944960] [client 212.200.80.129:59946] SoftException in Application.cpp:350: UID of script "/usr/local/apache/htdocs/phpinfo.php" is smaller than min_uid
[Mon Mar 04 14:07:41.395436 2019] [core:error] [pid 2115:tid 140338167944960] [client 212.200.80.129:59946] End of script output before headers: phpinfo.php

I assume it's permission/ownership problem with suPHP, but It's frustrating as I'm trying to figure it out by reading a tons of articles from the web, but can't seems to find a solution. I don't even know how to check if I'm using the right user (root:root) for files, though I haven't changed/added new users or anything, this is something that should be working by default, right?

Note that I have just one site hosted on this server, and I'm not gonna add new ones, so I don't need different users, permissions and stuff, just one global setting for everything, for what it's worth.

Please advice where to go from here.

Thanks,
Nikola
