When I try to delete and account I receive this message

It is not deleted from control panel but when I login the serve I can see the account is gone
All information has remained in control panel and dns record is not deleted either however
the domain content has been deleted from home directory

I have installed more than 10 times fresh install but I could never have this worked . I will try one more time but instead ask a server admin to install it for me if he fails then I am out of here

No for him it is a headache he does not know even the basic English and have never worked even with cpanel
last time I told him about cpanel he said whatttttttttttttttttt?
So I just tell me make an email he does what so ever now I know that cpanel makes so many changes to the server that might be different
Is it risky to ask him to manage the server when he has no idea about this panel?

and I did reboot but no matter what again

My server manager has no idea about cpanel nor any control panel .
If I install this control panel can I trust him to manage my server manually or he needs
to work on cwp ?
