Problem was Rocky was missing needed repo files to do certain configs.
AlmaLinux is made by the same people who do CloudLinux.
Currently AlmaLinux 8.9 has an EOL on 2029-03-01. 5 years from now.
Since both OS's have a long EOL, is probably why CWP isn't in a rush to update CWP to 9.x

CWP is designed as an all in 1 server CP.
Since you don't use it for anything other than a mail server.
Your best option probably is to rename the domain to mail.domain.com, create a MX record of mail.domain.com and then an A record for mail.domain.com that points to the CWP server IP.
You can use phpMyAdmin to rename the domain also.

So they are using an EOl OS with NAT.
@overseer, the ports you are seeing open are at the edge router.

Have you contacted the upstream to make sure ports 25, 465, 587 are open?
What 'errors' and/or 'messages' are being displayed?
What distro are you trying to install CWP onto?
VPS or Dedicated?
Public or NAT?
Specs?

Not a bug, something just went wrong somewhere, and needs to be done manually.
Is simple to do for a sysadmin. And @overseer even gave the commands to run in the CLI.
But good luck finding a free managed solution out there.

That is not a CWP problem.
Posting the same question a different way or again, doesn't make it so.
You need to contact your upstream, VPS or Dedicated Server provider to setup the rDNS.
rDNS also needs to resolve to the same public IP address as on the server.
Most providers offer this access in their control panel where your IP is listed.
So will using NAT (private IP's, No 192.x, 10.x, etc.) will cause this to fail always, since they are not public.

I wouldn't mind helping @Sandeep to get the ionCube 13 Encoder.
Seems like without it CWP 9 is at a standstill.
Other option would be to go Un Encoded, and make it Open Source.
