« on: August 14, 2023, 09:06:37 PM »
What disto, aka Operating System are you trying to install CWP on?

And is it a Virtual Server or Dedicated?

That error screenshot shows you don't have enough RAM, it is seeing 512MB or less.

OK,

What 'errors' are being displayed?

What distro are you trying to install CWP onto?

VPS or Dedicated?
Specs?

Has this happened from the beginning?

Or something new on a stable system?

Keep an eye out for the CWP crons as well, to make sure they are running.

CWP uses PHP 7.1, and if it's missing they might fail.

Well that explains some of your errors.

Nginx does not recognize .htaccess files.
.htaccess only works with Apache Only. And Nginx config doesn't work with Apache.
And then you have added Varnish into the mix.

So you'll either have to choose Apache Only, or will need an experienced WordPress SysAdmin to manually configure things with Nginx, since it gets real complicated with manual config edits/conversions.

Unfortunately there is no 'Default' WordPress Installation, it's manual script install, via Softaculous, or the Addon tool in the user panel, which assumes Apache Only.

THEN you have CloudFlare doing their rewrites, depending on how you have their Security features setup.

Information / Re: Who Can I contact for a CWP Pro license?

I can not answer that as I do not work for CWP.

But I know from experience, csf can accidently block the CWP licensing servers.

If you have CSf enabled, temporarily disable it, as you might have blocked the licensing server.

Then login via SSH to the CLI.
systemctl stop csf
systemctl stop lfd
cd /scripts
./update_cwp

Then Start csf again:
systemctl start csf
systemctl start lfd

If that doesn't work, and If you want, PM me with your servers IPv4.

I'll add it under our reseller account until you hear back from support.

CentOS 7 Problems / Re: DKIM invalid or fail, how to restore to ok ? ? ?

Which do you recommend:
Starflare?
Cloudburst?

I used to use NameCheap but pivoted away to Cloudflare for domain registration and DNS infrastructure several years ago. Aside from the financial aspects (NameCheap doesn't live up to its name as well as it used to, and Cloudflare is true wholesale pricing), I experienced a DDoS that took down NameCheap's DNS and therefore knocked all my domains offline for hours, affecting numerous clients. That was the last straw that pushed me to switch providers. Plus, Cloudflare's distributed architecture is great, the feature amenities are unmatched, and DNS updates propagate worldwide nearly instantaneously. Win, win, win.

Ditto.
We switched from Namecheap to Cloudflare as well.

As they do add that extra level of DDoS protection.

Which is why we suggest them.

Plus they offer they offer DNS resolution:
1.1.1.1
1.0.0.1
2606:4700:4700::1111
2606:4700:4700::1001

Some DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate.
Just make sure you copy it exactly from CWP to Namecheap, or it can fail.

We suggest Cloudflare, as they have a free plan for DNS hosting, and also offer additional protection.

You can test your

DMARC at: https://dmarcian.com/dmarc-inspector/

DKIM Tester: https://dmarcian.com/dkim-inspector/

This does DKIM & SPF: https://dkimvalidator.com/

And then once all that comes back OK:

Is your DNS handled by CWP, or a 3rd part like Cloudflare?

If it's a 3rd party, it's pretty simple, just go into your CWP DNS and copy over the SPF & DKIM records.
