You can try to rebuild the webserver, by the option webserver settings -> select webserver -> button save & rebuild Configuration, nothing more!

The current cwp-whmcs module only allows to create, change, suspend and delete accounts in the cwp. we are working on a new module to import cwp accounts to whmcs but this is not ready yet

is the whmcs server on different ips? If so, you have to open port 2304 on both servers
