Backup / Automate backup to Google Drive

FTP / ftp fails to list unless ip manually whitelisted in firewall

Using Filezillla and WINSCP, FTP authentication works but fails to list the directory contents and sometimes even fails to connect on FTP/SSH unless I whitelist the user's public IP manually in firewall. It is not possible to manually whitelist IPs of users every time they want to use FTP/SSH. How to solve this issue?

I have manually configured ports number for SSH(2349) and FTP (2248)

I tried editing /etc/pure-ftpd/pure-ftpd.conf
putting my public IP to ForcePassiveIP
also assigned PassivePortRange as 2248 35000

But nothing worked

Postfix / Mail sending failed: CWP doesnot work with mailgun anymore?

I installed CWP and connected with mailgun by updating DNS entries which worked for over an year. My server is sending emails to Defer list for more than 2 weeks (after few automatic updates of the panel). I purchase managed support, support team says
"when using 3rdparty email you can't use CWP server email service as it didn't control mailgun to send and receive emails, "
"i don't know what works before 2 weeks but you can't send email from cwp via mailgun"
and similar replies.
I opened the defere list, clicked details in front of a mail and tried to send it to some other mail id. I get the following error:
Warning: mail(): Multiple or malformed newlines found in additional_header in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/modules/mail_queue.php on line 0
Support team asks me to either forget mailgun, quit google cloud platform, or talk to mailgun regarding this issue.
Please tell me, does CWP no more work with mailgun and should I quit CWP and search for some other panel? Because Google CLoud denies port 25, CWP denies mailgun, why anyone in this world will host a website on a server that doesnot offer email facility?
Is there any way out or should I quit CWP? Please help. Its urgent.

Suggestions / Usage Analytics & assignment looks confusing

1. When we create a package, are the values on Monthly basis or fixed limits? I gave 25GB BW to a plan for 1 year and customer consumed 16GB in 1 month. Now, in current month, looks like things started from 0.
2. How can we check the individual resources consumption (CPU, RAM, Bandwidth) of different user accounts independently for the past few months? It shows on current and last month consumption, that too in customer panel only.

Suggestions / File Manager, Side bar drop downs need to be more friendly

Hi,
No doubt CentOS Web Panel is a great alternative to CPanel and I really
enjoyed using it till date. The New File Manager in user panel is also very
good.
However, I face few issues as below:
1. Dropdown in Admin panel stops working many times, and after refresh it
works fine.
2. User Panel Login: many times it doesn't login at first time (no error as
well) and requires 2 tries to login
3. In FIlemanager of user panel, searching is not good. We are able to
search a pattern for only once, repeated search option is not available
4. WHenever I Update Mod Security Configuration, it removes the custom
rules from its lists which I think should be retained.
5. In order to allow sftp acces, I went to List Accounts in admin panel, edited customer account and Enabled SSH and updated.
With this, the DNS Zone of that account got updated with the internal IP of Google Cloud, External IP was missing completely. Then I edited the Zone manually and updated the IPs for all domains and subdomains, it started working.
This looks like a bug. Updating account should not have updated the Public IP.
Please consider these points and make necessary updates.

CSF Firewall / My website has stopped working

I have a website hosted under CWP. The website was running fine.
Then I tried to configure SFTP in Visual Studio Code which failed for 5+ times.
Then I used simple-FTP in VS Code and tried to work remotely, it worked. But, I am not able access the website anymore.
Website says: The connection has timed out. The server at domainname.com is taking too long to respond.
I clicked Firewall in Admin panel and removed mu IP entry from "Blacklist configuration" section. My ip is also "ALLOW" in: "Temporary Allow and Deny IP entries". I have also added my ip manually in "Whitelist configuration".
I quick restarted the firewall, force restarted all firewall services, rebooted the CWP server, cleared my browser cache multiple times, tried incognito mod, BUT STILL I CANNOT ACCESS THE WEBSITE. But on some other people machines having a different network, I can see it working.
What else is the solution here?

CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / FTP Creation not working after update

In Version 0.9.8.885 User logging in issue got rectified but a new issue has arised. Now user cannot create a FTP account. The Spinner button : Processing goes on infinitely without any results.
Any solutions please?

CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / User Panel stopped logging in after update

Thi si sthe second time I am facing this issue after updating the CWP. Again, when user tries to login, the login button gets changed to Please Wait... for infinite time.
I tried to inspect and found the response which says Please donot use special characters. I removed the special character from password and tried logging in again and this time there was no response in the network tab of inspect element.

Then I jumped to the COnsole Tab of Inspect element window to find out whats happening and I got the following error:

SSL / SSL certificate blocked by antivirus for Apache + NGINX + Varnish

I am using CWPPRO with Apache + NGinx + Varnish installation. Earlier I used only Apache installation. With Apache only, I was able to loginto the Admin GUI and User Dashboard by managing SSL Exceptions when it was showed in the browser. I just had to click "I Understand the Risk and want to visit  URL" and login windows opened up.

Yesterday, I updated the Server to Apache + NGinx + Varnish and since then I am not able to cross the "Connection not protected" error message since the is no option available to pass it. I am using Kaspersky INternet Security on my machine. If I exit this antivirus on my machine, then I get the Manage Exceptions option in browser and I can reach login window. But my client is not convinced with this. He is a less technical guy and doesnot want to close the antivirus and doesnt belive that our server is secure.

I even deleted the existing SSL and reinstalled on his domain but the issue still persists. Kindly suggest some solution, its urgent.
