CentOS 7 Problems / Cron freshclam-sleep job shows DB errors
« on: February 15, 2021, 08:31:44 AM »
Every few hours I get error message in cron logs:

Code: [Select]
/usr/share/clamav/freshclam-sleep
ERROR: Database test FAILED.
ERROR: Unexpected error when attempting to update database: daily
ERROR: Database update process failed: Test failed (8)
ERROR: Update failed.

I'm not using ClamAV and service is disabled. Also I don't see such cron task in the list.
What should I do to disable it?

CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / CWP-CWP migration fails: Error API TOKEN
« on: January 10, 2021, 09:55:35 PM »
Im using latest CWP version: 0.9.8.1031 on source (CentOS 7.8) and destination servers (CentOS 7.9)
I can ssh from dest to source, CSF is disabled on both
SSH and port 2304 opened on both, password and key auth allowed on both.

I have created API access key on source and trying to connect from dest to source following https://docs.control-webpanel.com/docs/admin-guide/user-accounts/cwp-to-cwp-migration and when I hit "Test and Save" I always get:
"Error API TOKEN
There is a problem with your TOKEN API"

In the logs:

So it connects successfully and drops.

I know the same issue was reported previously by other users and was gone with the latest build but I'm already using the latest build https://forum.centos-webpanel.com/index.php?topic=9483.msg33171#msg33171
Please help to fix this.

CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / PHP Version Switcher v2 bug in config files
« on: December 23, 2020, 08:02:40 AM »
When going to the section "PHP Version Switcher v2" it shows errors:

Warning: parse_ini_file(/usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/conf/el/php_switcher/versions.ini): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/modules/php_switch_v2.php on line 0

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/modules/php_switch_v2.php on line 0

This is expected because there is no /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/conf/el/ folder exist.
I checked on 2 servers installed at different times: there are only
/usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/conf/el7/ and /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/conf/el8/
folders exist.

This is a bug in the CWP code

CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / Sorting in FileManager v2
« on: December 14, 2020, 07:44:59 PM »
When doing sort by date of size it sorts only by the first digit regardless of byte/KB/MB, year/month.
It's extremely not comfortable to use.

DKIM / DKIM Manager fails to connect to MySQL

Root account is set with password and doesn't have any other issues with the other SQL tables.
There is no bind-address set in /etc/my.cnf so I don't know if localhost if suitable for connection.

Seems it's not happy with @localhost (may be it wants "127.0.0.1" but I don't know which CWP config files to change) or for some reason root is missing some permissions over some table?

How to fix it?

Softaculous / How to enable Fantsctico F3 panel
« on: July 24, 2020, 04:51:22 PM »
Hi, in the CWP admin panel I don't see any tools to manage Fantsctico F3, but in the user panel I see it's available in the Script Installers section.
When clicking on it it shows error:

You are not authorized to use this module (fantastico_f3)- Contact Server Admin
Could you please let me know how to enable it?

It was told that after 1 month of Premium trial Softaculous automatically switch to Free license.
Instead it shows me error message:

Your license (###-###) is not active or it has expired. If your license has expired, please renew it to continue using this Software.

If has Refresh License link but nothing happens when I click on it.

How to switch to Free license?

CentOS 7 Problems / CWP 7 can't login to user panel
« on: April 23, 2020, 06:03:01 PM »
Latest updated CWP 7.
I have 1 user created and one domain.
User has correct password and I can login with it over FTP.
When trying to login to user panel https://hostname:2083/login/?acc=logon
after clicking login button it stays showing "Please wait!" on green button and nothing happens.

I have tried assigning different packages to the user - didn't help.

Conteant of /home/user/.conf
cwp.ini
Code: [Select]
LANG=en
THEME=original
EMAIL=

Also it's interesting that when I click edit user I can't see any settings already assigned and visible in "List users" table. Also I can't select from package, as drop-down is empty here, but I can assign package in the previous table but seem this doesn't apply.

Looks like CWP bug!

Please help!

CentOS 7 Problems / CWP 7 admin panel doesn't show up properly
« on: April 17, 2020, 12:33:53 PM »
Newly installed CWP 7 latest on CentOS 7.6
Nginx+Apache config
When login in to admin panel is doesn't show dashboard and in the left menu the items to not have expand/collapse arrows.
The only workaround to use the menu is to navigate to Notifications and Alerts after which arrows appear.

Dashboard doesn't show up at all.

Please help to fix it.

CentOS 7 Problems / CWP 7 generates PHP errors
« on: April 17, 2020, 10:20:37 AM »
On many pages on CWP admin panel I see multiple similar errors
the same I see in /usr/local/cwpsrv/logs/error_log

Some relate to WebServers_conf_editor.php
Code: [Select]
2020/04/17 11:02:35 [error] 31259#0: *459 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Warning:  Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/modules/WebServers_conf_editor.php on line 0" while reading upstream, client: 93.92.199.232, server: localhost, request: "GET /cwp_33098c336383410db4086d05640a0e26/admin/index.php?module=WebServers_conf_editor HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/usr/local/cwp/php71/var/sockets/cwpsrv.sock:", host: "ipnets.ru:2031", referrer: "https://ipnets.ru:2031/cwp_33098c336383410db4086d05640a0e26/admin/index.php?module=httpd_fullstatus"

Other relate to ajax_ssl_certificate.php

Others relate to array multiple errors when working with SQL

Code: [Select]
2020/04/17 11:34:03 [error] 31260#0: *1618 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Warning:  mysqli_error() expects exactly 1 parameter, 0 given in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/functions/func_mysql.php on line 0

All of them relate to the issues in CWP code.
At least array issue was noted many times in the Internet and could be resolved by modifying the code.
but here php code pages are base64 encoded and I can't modify them.

What can we done?
