CentOS 7 Problems / HTTPS is working, but HTTP isnt. Why !!???
« on: December 12, 2018, 04:43:41 AM »
Hi

I have a OVH vps with the cwp version 0.9.8.749,

I have only one domain, it was working nice but now (a few days ago) it doesnt work nice.

If I gor to the https://www.domain.com/ it is working, but if I go to the http://www.domain.com/ I see the

"HTTP Test Page powered by CWP | CentOS-WebPanel.com

If you are the website administrator:
You may now add content to the directory /home/USERNAME/public_html. Note that until you do so, people visiting your website will see this page and not your content. To prevent this page from ever being used, delete index.html in /public_html."

How it is possible !!??
I have content in public_html, and the HTTPS work nice.

In the new CWP I try to install an AUTOSSL, but I have the error:

Apparently the DNS of your domain does not point to this server

This is wrong, because the domain has a right DNS. Actually the domain loads the webpage but without SSL.

How can I fix it?

Hi

I have a big error with my website. It is a wordpress with woocommerce, and normally it runs ok, but sometimes it is down and when I go to CWP I read:

Code: [Select]
Warning: [obfuscated](): (HY000/2002): No such file or directory in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/admin/admin/index.php on line 0

Warning: [obfuscated](): (HY000/2002): No such file or directory in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/admin/admin/index.php on line 0

Trying to start mysql server, please wait!
Try to restart CentOS Web Panel with command: service cwpsrv restart

**Check your MySQL root password in: /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/db_conn.php and /root/.my.cnf

I refresh, and it disappeared and the website is up automatically.  :-\

How can I fix it?
Where can I see my mysql log in CW7? I have not the a .error log in /var/lib/mysql

« on: October 15, 2017, 12:59:52 AM »

Hi,

I have a VPS in OVH, with his ip: AAA.AAA.AAA.AAA
That ip is in France, and I want my web looks like a spanish site (to improve my SEO), for this reason I bought an additional geo ip in spain: BBB.BBB.BBB.BBB

How can I configure it for a right use?
I add it with this method: https://docs.ovh.com/gb/en/dedicated/network-ipaliasing/

But now, I dont know what ip I have to use in the field "Shared IP", "nameservers", "hostname" ...   :-\

In my domain provider I have some glue records.

fr1.domain.com  AAA.AAA.AAA.AAA
fr2.domain.com  AAA.AAA.AAA.AAA
es1.domain.com BBB.BBB.BBB.BBB
es2.domain.com BBB.BBB.BBB.BBB
server.domain.com AAA.AAA.AAA.AAA

Updates / BUG when you upgrade the VPS
« on: August 23, 2016, 05:09:56 AM »
Hi

I have working a CWP in my VPS.
Today, I have upgraded my VPS and the CWP continue working, but the DISK DETAILS of the partition is wrong.

My virtual DISC ( 10 gb ) was full, 99%. Now I have 20gb and this is the info of the partition in CWP:

Code: [Select]

Fdisk info:
Disk /dev/vda: 21.5 GB, 21474836480 bytes
16 heads, 63 sectors/track, 41610 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 1008 * 512 = 516096 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
Disk identifier: 0x000574cf

Device Boot      Start         End      Blocks   Id  System
/dev/vda1   *           3       20806    10484736   83  Linux

Software RAID:
Personalities :
unused devices:

Filesystem      Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/vda1       9.8G  4.7G  4.7G  50% /
tmpfs           1.9G     0  1.9G   0% /dev/shm

Now, the 50% I think is ok, but the size isn't.

Installation / CWP down, I am scared
« on: August 10, 2016, 09:35:54 PM »
Good afternoon.

I have a VPS on which I installed CWP. and everything has worked well for months.

Yesterday, I don't know the reason, but the VPS has stopped working.

I have the VPS at OVH, I put the VPS in recue mode, they have tested everything and they say that the problem is the configuration, that the VPS is well.

Do I only have SSH access, I can do now to avoid losing information?  is possible to reinstall CWP without losing all the accounts? I have a lot of things there and I don't know how to find the BUG in my CWP.
