I noticed that you have to Log Out of roundcube everytime you use it.  If you dont logout you can expect problems.

Couple of things you need to do no matter what gmail problems you have.

• You have to delete your ip6 addresses from your dns record for each domain.
• You have to create dmarc, spf, and dkim txt records in your dns record for each domain.

So I have a bad boy client......my brother....ugg.   He got me in trouble a few years ago when he started spamming people.  So I kicked him off my server.   Now fast forward 2 years and I decided to give him a another chance.  But this time, I set his email accounts to 0 by creating a custom package just for him.  Great, that worked.   But he was able to set up a forwarder from his domain email.  Uggg.......

So he can advertise his personal email on his websites and other nefarious locations.  Then his emails will be forwarded to his Gmail account.

I think this is a bad situation.

If you do not have valid SPF, dkim, and dmarc records that result in a passing grade then gmail will always send your mail to spam.

You have to create a hostname A record in your dns zone.    something like server.yourdomain.com

Then you have to login to your IP hosting account and click on networks or networking tab.   There should be a rDNS record that you should be able to edit to server.yourdomain.com.  But not all IP companies will allow you to do this.  It all depends on them   Which company are you using.?

For emails domain must have: rDNS/PTR, DKIM, SPF and MX records.

I tried moving everything to stream 8 new server.   Big mistake.   I eventually went back to the old server which I never shut down.  I plan on staying with centos7 until they pull the plug.  Hopefully by then, centos cwp will have a version that is 100% compatible with centos stream, or rocky, or any of the others.   Like you, I dont have time for headaches.  Having an out of the box ipv6 version of centos cwp would be nice.   I know that is going to rile up moderators who will say that cwp already is ready for ipv6.  "all you have to do is....yada yada yada"

It was a year ago more or less.  I spun up a centos8 stream on a server and had problems everywhere I looked.  I can't point out to cause and effect.   I pulled the plug and went back to centos 7 and no pro where I remain today.

I had the Pro upgrade but will not renew.   I had more problems with the server running pro than with the other server that was not running pro.  Just my humble opinion.

I had serious email problems with inbox folders missing on some accounts.   I upgraded mariadb to 10.2 and now everything is good.   Also,,,,,,,I unchecked keep mail on my computer on my imap settings.   Not sure which one fixed the problem but all is good now.

Im getting it every minute.   Is this normal?
