E-Mail / Re: Fake users sending spam
« on: January 11, 2022, 09:12:44 PM »
I've had similar problem, a few weeks ago...
CWP team should investigate this, as this kind of spam can really make server IP address reputation bad...

E-Mail / Re: CWP Email Compromised & SPAM Filtering
« on: August 06, 2021, 03:57:50 PM »
Hi,

please get in touch with CWP team:
https://control-webpanel.com/contact
or direct by:
info@centos-webpanel.com

I think that this kind of e-mail stuff is desperately needed in CWP.
I would even pay extra for that kind of module if it would be integrated into CWP.

I think that this is best option.
But, if you want to fiddle around by yourself, this is a really good guide:

I am having a lot problems with spam, unfortunatelly.
But, as I can see on this page (coming soon):
https://control-webpanel.com/cwppro

CWP will soon have ability to fine tune SA settings, and make our life a lot easier :)

Installation / ssl problem
« on: April 27, 2021, 02:11:04 PM »
I've tried to add a new user account, and tried to add SSL for that domain.
Everything went smoothly in CWP, but on frontend SSL is not active.

After running SSL tests from CWP this seems to be problem:

None of the common names in the certificate match the name that was entered (xxxx.com). You may receive an error when accessing this site in a web browser. Learn more about name mismatch errors.
   Common name: xxxxxx
SANs: xxxxxx
Valid from March 24, 2021 to June 22, 2021
Issuer: R3

Problem is that common name is subdomain on which CWP is installed.

This was not happening before (I've successfully added over 20 ssls).

Can anyone help?

Wow, I didn't know that this exists.
Spam is a really big concern on my servers, and CWP unfortunately is not helping with that :/

It would be great to see this kind of integration officially with CWP!

CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / Re: notification problem
« on: April 23, 2021, 06:11:28 PM »
Hi,

notifications were indeed sent, at 2 in the morning, so everything is ok on my end - they weren't stuck at the mail queue.
It would be great if we could customize text in those notification emails.. :)

You will be fine with cwp :)
I've had many doubts regarding stability and bugs, and even support, as previously I was cpanel user.
But after nearly a year of using cwp I am satisfied with panel.  :)

CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / notification problem
« on: April 17, 2021, 09:17:29 AM »
Hi,

I've configured notifications by email in user panel, but unfortunately emails are not sent.
I there time interval in which those notifications are sent?

I've configured email space / disk space quota and new login, but none of them are triggering.

Thank you

Hi,
will this be incorporated in future CWP updates, or this has to be done manually?
Thanks

CentOS 7 Problems / Re: Daily Spamassassin update reports error
« on: March 18, 2021, 10:23:41 PM »
Spamassassin in CWP is v3.4.0?
According to this:
https://spamassassin.apache.org/news.html
3.4.0 was released on 2014!!!

Why CWP don't update this things? I mean, 7 years has passed....
And I can see that Postfix is old, too.

Uh....  :(

Do you have loaded CWP in multiple browser tabs?

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Re: Mail Settings - User level
« on: January 04, 2021, 08:45:12 AM »
No, mail forwarders were successfully carried over from Cpanel in migration
BUT

In cpanel, mail forwarders works in a way that original destination mail receives a copy, but that is not a case in CWP.
Simple solution for that is to add destination mail to forward field (along with rest email address), and then everything works as in Cpanel
