CWP team reply to only few threads here. So, its better to ask them directly through their support system.

You will have to go to Advanced DNS section of domain at NC and then create two name servers with your server IP.

CentOS-WebPanel GUI / Re: Letsencrypt Manager
« on: May 14, 2019, 12:36:02 AM »
Thanks for the reply. I'm on CWP version 0.9.8.613. Is this a very old version?. Please see the screenshot from this link https://www.rush-print.co.uk/media/2019-05-13%2017_27_18-Window.jpg on SSL Certificate window. Please let me know if there's any way to install new Letsencrypt certificate to a different domain from this window.

Thanks
Geeth

You are only latest version I think (on Centos 6).

You can install free LE SSL by using Second tab in the window shown in screenshot. Click on AutoSSL [Free ] option and choose your domain to get free LE SSL for your domains.

Excellent tutorial jamshed_206, thank you very much, I have had problems lately with this topic and now I have it much clearer. ;)

I am happy to see you happy. Enjoy the CWP and if you have any issue, contact me.

You can reply netdata using this command
Code: [Select]
/usr/local/src/netdata/packaging/installer/netdata-uninstaller.sh --yes
Good thing is that CWP team has made netdata option and will not be installed by default. You can install it later if needed.

Most probably you are using a very old version of CWP(which is receiving the updates currently) because LE manager was removed very long ago.

Now, you will have to manage LE SSLs using Webserver Settings>> SSL Certificates option in CWP admin panel.

It seems that you have not A record for panel.betahostserver.com.

So, kindly go to DNS manager and add an A record for panel with server IP.

How to / [Tutorial] How to install SSL on hostname?
« on: May 05, 2019, 09:03:16 AM »
Hello,

I could see that a lot of users are asking "How to install SSL on hostname" and I found a few tutorials some of which are working and others do not. Also, the tutorials which are working are lenghty and not for linux newbie.

So, I will teach you here how to install and configure Letsencrypt Free SSL on hostname in CWP in simple 3 steps.

1 - Check that you should have an A record for the hostname. For example if your server hostname is cp.hostinpk.com, then you should have an A record for "cp" pointing to server IP

2 - Login to CWP Admin Panel>> Server Settings>>Change Hostname and then hit "Change Hostname" button after putting your desired hostname (in my case cp.hostinpk.com). This will only generate a valid LE SSL for your hostname when an A record is present against hostname

3 - Perform following command from shell
Code: [Select]
service cwpsrv reload
THAT's IT. Enjoy the green padlock while accessing the CWP services (admin panel, user panel, webmail, etc..)

Suggestions / Re: Why is this project closed source?
« on: May 04, 2019, 09:20:00 AM »
+1 for this suggestion.

I wish that this project be open for all and I am sure it will be developed and improved very quickly as compared of now. Everyone will be able to contribute in it and thus more secure and quick development.

I hope that CWP team will think about it.
