CentOS 7 Problems / Re: Vacation response to Gmail is not being delivered

Where do you have the vacation message setup?

In RoundCube?
If so, What version are you running?
If so, that should be sending form the mailbox it is setup in.

Could you please advise of the following:

What 'errors' and/or 'messages' are being displayed or from logs?

What distro are you trying to install CWP onto? / What distro are you are you running CWP on?

Public or NAT?

CentOS 7 Problems / Re: CPU 100% and IO Full Red

Nothing there shows 100% CPU or high memory usage.

The top process (PID 19881) is only at 11.8% CPU

kworkers are multiple httpd instances, which is normal for a web server.

CentOS 7 Problems / Vacation response to Gmail is not being delivered
« Last post by vince on April 12, 2024, 10:10:26 AM »
I have a problem with vacation messages not being delivered to Gmail.
We have a domain set up with spf, dkim enabled, normal messages work fine.
But when e-mail is being sent from Gmail, and there is an autoresponder enabled, the sender does not get the autoresponse message. Also no bounce, our server says the message is delivered like normal.

I've tested multiple e-mail providers, and the Vacation message itself definitely works, it's also set up to respond every time.
I have a big suspicion that this may be due to the fact that vacation messages in our CWP7 pro server are enveloped from vacation@servername.com and not the mailbox of the client (it uses the server name and not the domain name).
The return path is also the vacation@servername.com not mailbox@domain.com.

Is there a way to change the vacation message sender to the original mailbox?

If you think I am approaching this issue from the wrong direction please comment.

E-Mail / SSL Cert Update Issues with Mail Server
« Last post by kandalf on April 12, 2024, 09:16:23 AM »
I'm running into a recurring issue on my CWP setup where every time my SSL certificate gets updated, my mail server starts acting up and throws certificate errors. I end up having to manually rebuild the mail server to get everything running smoothly again, which is becoming quite a hassle.

Has anyone else faced this? How are you all managing SSL cert renewals for your mail servers? Any scripts or settings that you could share would be a huge help.

Looking forward to some tips or guidance on how to automate this process a bit more, so I don’t have to keep doing everything manually.

Cheers!

Information / Re: Inquiry about User Levels for Client Panel Management
« Last post by overseer on April 11, 2024, 10:40:06 PM »
Basically breaks down thusly:
root (Admin)
Reseller
Client

Maybe you could treat a Reseller account as an admin with sub-accounts underneath if that works for your use case. On my servers, I also have a sudo (admin) user setup so I don't have to login as root via SSH.

Information / Inquiry about User Levels for Client Panel Management
« Last post by baitahospedagem on April 11, 2024, 05:18:52 PM »
Hey guys,

I'm currently exploring the features of CWP and I'm wondering if there are user levels available for managing the client panel. Having different user levels with varying permissions could be crucial for effectively managing client accounts and delegating tasks within our team.

Would you know if CWP offers user levels or roles that allow for granular control over access and permissions within the client panel? Alternatively, if such features are not available, is there any script or workaround that could complement these functionalities?

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

Best regards,
Anderson

Activation should be instant.

Goto your CLI, and run: sudo sh /scripts/update_cwp
