THANKS for making CentOS Web Panel. A couple easy bugs to fix!

Hi, I just installed a fresh new CentOS 7 server with your CWP7.admin panel for the first time and I'm SUPER impressed with what you can get in 2021 for 0$, this is looking very promising.  Congratulations on whoever is working on this, it's amazing so far.  Tough, I've found a couple easy bugs to fix that perhaps somebody who works on this project could take care of?

1) Under /admin/index.php?module=phpini_editor you cannot change the date.timezone value, it always reverts to UTC after you click Save.  I manually had to edit this line in nano using SSH.  Note: editing all other lines on that page worked.

2) Under /admin/index.php?module=date_time you cannot change the hour part.  Only the minutes part is saved.  The hour part reverts to what seems to be UTC.  For instance, if you set the hour part to 16, after saving the page refreshes with the hour part reverted back to 21.  The minutes part and the timezone both save correctly.

3) In the nav menu, if you click on the "Services Config" category to expand it and choose "SSH Configuration", after the page changes, the nav menu collapses.  It only seems to do this with that nav element but I have not tried every single pages yet.

4) Under /admin/index.php?module=ftp_manager if you roll the mouse cursor over an FTP user name, the pop up div is cut if you only have 1 or 2 users.  Perhaps it should be made absolutely positioned in a way that it floats out and above the users list table and not stuck inside and cut or perhaps the users list table should have a minimum height so that it can at least show the whole pop up div.

5) On this Wiki page https://wiki.centos-webpanel.com/cpanel-to-cwp-server-convert under the last paragraph (FAQ) please correct the sentence "- How login this conversion takes" to "- How long this conversion takes"
