Error 500 on login - connection not secure
« on: August 02, 2022, 08:35:38 AM »
Hi,

All sites are working but the server dashboard. (by browser)
The server certificate expires in 2030.
I'm able to connect by terminal ssh.

This issue begins today.
No changes at all on server, domain, DNS, and so on last 30 days.
I made server reboot, didn't fix.

Thanks in advance.
Bill

I paid for support to have this sorted.
Now it is working.

I think that is why there is very little responses around here to get help is because if you don't pay for it, you don't get any help. I have a couple topics open that have NEVER been responded to. I am seeking a new CP as we speak that I can migrate my accounts to.

I think a grassroots show of support helps -- users helping users. I am very busy, but am trying to contribute to this forum at least 2x a week as a way of helping out other users. I've been on this journey a few years and may have some insight to contribute, and others have far more experience so I can glean from them. If nothing else, this forum becomes a pool of knowledge that we can all draw from and find documentation for overcoming various types of errors we encounter along the way.
