CentOS 7.9 currently ;)
Starburst recommends AlmaLinux 8.8.
Josemnunez said the devs are hard at work on EL9 support.
So I am targeting AlmaLinux 9 for next spring deployment. Looking to ELevate my CentOS 7.9 servers to AlmaLinux 9 at that time.

But AWSmonster has the best CWP setup documentation I've seen -- better than the wiki.

He's right we recommend and use AlmaLinux 8.8 without issues.

CentOS 7.x is EOL on 2024-06-30

Does this ELevation script really work and is CWP7 compatible when i update /elevate to Alma 8.8 or is it just elevating the OS and kills the whole CWP stuff?

has someone ever used it?

thanks
