CWP won't activate my license but i paid

Online payment options do not work in Turkey. That's why I paid with BCH. I submitted all the documents that I made the payment (I sent an e-mail and created 2 separate tickets).

I sent a charge above the amount I wanted to buy in case there was a problem.

However, they don't answer at all. Your payment is not called successful or unsuccessful. Today is day 4 and still no response. The first time I bought the panel (or rather, I didn't get it)

where you buy the license? from partner or direct ?

Try running:

sh /scripts/update_cwp

And then login to the CP, and see if it has updated.

Did you go thru their system and did an Add Service?
The system is usually pretty automated.

I paid with bch. However, my bill is still showing as unpaid. Shouldn't I have a wallet where my bch balance will appear?

CWP only accepts PayPal for payment the last time I noticed.
Doesn't means I missed something.

Go to your bitcoin wallet and find the transaction ID.

Once you have that goto:

Enter the Transaction ID into the search field.
You can see how many confirmations your transaction has.
