Email responder doesn't work.

Hi, seen quite a few posts about this but no answer's.
The auto responder does nothing!
Read the log files and see

 user#****.co.uk@autoreply.mail.******.co.uk

Any help please.

Frankly I think this project is dead... 100% Free, what is the use? When basic function is not working and developer do no care to fix it...
