Disk quota setup and mysql quota not calculated
« on: January 03, 2023, 08:13:22 PM »
Hello,

I have a problem about cwp7 quota and its problems. I have been doing tests on the system for an average of 1 year.

I found certain errors and problems in the system, I want to talk about them.

I have successfully completed the quota setup on the XFS file system.

In user listing in admin panel, quota website works on disk space and email, but mysql is not included. mysql quota is calculated too late and is not added to the quota, it continues to act as if there is no quota. The website complies with the quota limit with disk space and email and does not exceed the quota. Regarding mysql, I moved mysql to /home directory but nothing changed.

The config I installed XFS:

Now let's get to the problems...

1- mysql quota but does not recognize user quota. does not limit and does not reflect on the quota https://i.hizliresim.com/jvres3x.png

2- Mysql quota is calculated too late in the user database area and it returns for hours. https://i.hizliresim.com/auog6xn.png

3- mysql quota and email quota are calculated too late in the admin user quota calculation area and are not calculated instantly. https://i.hizliresim.com/bg3m0wp.png

4- The quota section in the left menu of the user panel is calculated after hours and is not calculated instantly. and it acts as if all the features have a quota. It's like they all have a separate package quota. https://i.hizliresim.com/r822byh.png

5- In the disk usage area of the user panel, the mysql quota is calculated after hours and is not calculated instantly. and they all have a total quota, as if all the features had a quota. It's like they all have a separate package quota. Total usage, on the other hand, sounds like a quota exceed, actually it brings the right one, but this quota is like the total package quota and should not exceed the quota. https://i.hizliresim.com/8ha4hkr.png

I have read hundreds of articles on the forum and went through the documentation what can we do about it?

Is there a difference in the dealer quota? is it working properly?

As for the fee, I and many people want to use the product commercially, but unfortunately it is impossible to offer it to our customers until these quota problems are resolved.

It's a big deal that such a fundamental issue is a problem. The system is very nice and I like its advanced performance. I think they should do something about the quota issue.

I think you wrote a comment without checking that I have done tests that I have examined and that I have shared the situation with detailed pictures in the topic.
