I want to upload a WordPress demo and people write that it was uploaded for a maximum of 10 minutes, but for me it runs for 50 minutes and gives me an error, I tried several times and it was not an error 500, 501, 503 and others...

is this a server ... please help ...

Sorry -- I'm not quite understanding what you're asking or what your overall goal is. Limit a demo time frame? It dies prematurely so the demo fails?

I'm sorry, but I don't understand...

The demo is developed by a vendor and I can hardly convince him to change anything….

Another question arises the same demo on other servers runs without problems...

What should I change to make it happen on my server too...

Are those other servers running CWP?

Is so, are they running the same OS, WP version, etc?

I also see the word Ajax, which also always makes me cringe personally.

To be honest, I have no information, maybe they use Cpanel...

I understand, but to help more information is needed.

Different WordPress versions act differently, as do their plugins, so does Web Server running (Apache, Nginx, LightSpeed) and it's compiled modules.
Then you get into PHP versions and options.
Then Ajax.
Even they way different control panels, since they handle the permissions.

A core error could narrow it down to a WP config.

But without knowing details about the script, and current config, it's going to be hard to try & duplicate.

As Starburst indicated, Ajax is the last thing to look at in the tool chain. Can you give us the other relevant info (your core OS, which web server you are using, which PHP version you are using -- and if it is SuPHP or php-fpm, and which WordPress version you are running). Also, a larger log file snippet would be helpful. And disable CSF temporarily for testing, also disable Mod_Security for now...
