cwp pro payment ?

Hello I made a 12-month cwp pro payment, I paid with bitcoin at around 10 am, I left my account, my bill was not paid, and I open a ticket, they don't answer me, I'm leaving proof because I paid below, why isn't I given an answer?

Bitcoin transactions can be funny, depending on how high of a priority you paid (which sometimes is more than the transaction itself).

Btw I open support ticket too because of billing, but seems like no answer from CWP WHMCS.

I didnt receive any invoice anymore I think since last month but when I login CWP WHMCS, the invoices are there.

Already more than 2 weeks I think without any reply.

Try submitting the ticket to Support instead of Billing, and see if you can get a reply from CWP.

I'm still having the same problem, I paid through BCH but still my invoice still shows pending.
I sent another ticket to support, the still moved my ticket to billing department.
It's been long I sent tickets to billing, and up till now no response.

Did anyone get a response?

If you used a cypto to pay the invoice(s), does Bitcoin's blockchain https://blockchain.info/ show the payment has been processed/received?
