How to update Mariadb to 11.1?

I want to update my Joomla site to version 5, this requires updating the DB, is this possible with CentOS 7 and CWP7 working together?

If yes, how much will this upgrade service cost me?

MySQL   8.1   or
MariaDB   11.1.0
