Panel fails to finish loading - Please help!
« on: November 21, 2023, 03:54:29 PM »
Hi all,

as per screenshot, the panel fails to completely load stalling on Checking Version, so I cant click on anything. Tried running /scripts/update_cwp but hasn't solved it. No errors. Has been working fine.

Apache version: Apache/2.4.57
PHP version: 8.1.3 Forced PHP-FPM: 7.4
MySQL version: 10.6.16-MariaDB
FTP version: 1.0.47
Web Servers: nginx-varnish-apache
CWPpro version: 0.9.8.1171
Distro Name: CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)
Kernel Version: 3.10.0-1160.102.1.el7.x86_64

Looking for ideas / fix if anyone has one please?

No browser-side ad blocker or tracking script blocker interfering? CSF firewall whitelisted your IP address?

Thanks for replying, I thought I was going mad after trying everything. I didnt think it could be the firewall as I can see the server and all the sites just fine. I could log in to the clients panels fine as well, just the admin panel wasnt loading. I have exactly the same setup (software & hardware) in both my office & home office and it is working fine from my home office where I am now so I will have to double check the firewall when I get back to the office in the morning.

In the end it turned out to be the Nord VPN desktop client blocking it, even after I had switched it off. There is a web protect setting that had stayed on.

Glad you got it sorted! Local firewalls can be a gotcha for sure.
