Need more info to help -- config, setup. What's working, what's not? If you give your domain, could at least look at your dns setup.

Can you please advise of the following:

Have you contacted the upstream to make sure ports 25, 465, 587 are open?

What 'errors' and/or 'messages' are being displayed?

What distro are you trying to install CWP onto?

VPS or Dedicated?

Public or NAT?

Specs?

I looked at your basic DNS records, seems workable for mail routing (A, MX, PTR), Your open ports look fine, too.
Code: [Select]
PORT     STATE SERVICE
25/tcp   open  smtp
80/tcp   open  http
110/tcp  open  pop3
143/tcp  open  imap
443/tcp  open  https
465/tcp  open  smtps
993/tcp  open  imaps
995/tcp  open  pop3s
1723/tcp open  pptp
.
So how about some error logs or SMTP error codes?

That user sent me a private message with a reply for some reason.
Here it is:

"hi install in centos 7  my one machine  use nat"

So they are using an EOl OS with NAT.
@overseer, the ports you are seeing open are at the edge router.
