Some sites (Wordpress) suddenly are not accessible
« on: January 30, 2024, 05:59:14 AM »
Hi,

From today 2 of the websites (I have 8) are not accessible, always show the CWP test page instead the user website.
I tried to change webserver, rebuild webservers config and also reinstall ssl certificates, but do not work!

Only shown the CWP Test Page and forcing https do not charge the proper ssl certificate (charge the server ssl certificate). The other 6 are working fine! Same configuration for webserver domain. I do not understand why is happen this!

I use only Apache, default template all_methods, PHP-FPM 8.1 all_methods and PHP-FPM service config default.

Any ideas will be appreciated!!

[SOLVED]

CWP changed user domain from mydomain.com to mydomain

I had to change user db data and reconfig webserver and all is working fine!

Great, glad you got it sorted. Sometimes browser auto-fill overrides your input on forms -- if you don't catch it before saving, you could commit bad input. Probably a sanity check requiring a period in the domain field would be good on the part of the CWP devs. (Gone are the glory days of a 2 or 3 character TLD -- 24 characters max currently!)
