How to install Pagespeed with Apache & Varnish Cache & Nginx Reverse Proxy

I am trying to install the Pagespeed module and I have webserver as Apache & Varnish Cache & Nginx Reverse Proxy.

Tried to follow the various guides online but none were successfull.

I would appreciate some instructions for installing the module.

I have the same problem with cent os 7

Just a pity this is not the developer's answers
