Problem with DNS

I am unable to start DNS after the upgrade. Here is the error message:

<!--

named.service - Berkeley Internet Name Domain (DNS)
   Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/named.service; disabled; vendor preset: disabled)
   Active: failed (Result: timeout) since Wed 2017-11-29 18:02:41 EST; 2min 56s ago
  Process: 6123 ExecStart=/usr/sbin/named -u named -c ${NAMEDCONF} $OPTIONS (code=exited, status=0/SUCCESS)
  Process: 6119 ExecStartPre=/bin/bash -c if [ ! "$DISABLE_ZONE_CHECKING" == "yes" ]; then /usr/sbin/named-checkconf -z "$NAMEDCONF"; else echo "Checking of zone files is disabled"; fi (code=exited, status=0/SUCCESS)

-->

Anyone here go through that too?

I think this is a configuration error in the reverse zone file, check if periods (.) present in the A record or not.
