That is not a CWP problem.

Posting the same question a different way or again, doesn't make it so.

You need to contact your upstream, VPS or Dedicated Server provider to setup the rDNS.
rDNS also needs to resolve to the same public IP address as on the server.
Most providers offer this access in their control panel where your IP is listed.

So will using NAT (private IP's, No 192.x, 10.x, etc.) will cause this to fail always, since they are not public.

Again, you where told this in your other post.

Send an email to whoever hosts your CWP, and request that the "Set the PTR for your ip to (your hostname)"
