How can I change the hostnames of incoming and outogoing?

Username: Your Email Address
Incoming Server: cp.canamhosting.ao   -> How can I change this to mail.clientdomain.com
IMAP Port: 993
POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: cp.canamhosting.ao   -> How can I change this to mail.clientdomain.com
SMTP Port: 465
