GET WAY TIME OUT 504

Hello guys
I'm newbie for CWP
after i use duplicator pro or manual transfer local to vps i got this problem

"The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application."

server information is :
Apache version: Apache/2.4.39
PHP version: 7.3.6
MySQL version: 10.1.40-MariaDB
FTP version: 1.0.47
MySql Port: 3306
Web Servers: nginx-varnish-apache
Nginx & Varnish & Apache ([Varnish Conf])

php congf:
max_execution_time = 7200
memory_limit = 512M
max_input_time = 600
max_input_vars = 100000

anyone can help me take a look ^^
