Is it possible to use CWP and change php version without paying?
« on: December 24, 2019, 03:45:35 PM »
Hello, Is it possible to use 7 centos with web panel centos without having to pay for the CWP Pro? to be able to change the php version without having to go to the paid version of CWP Pro because it throws me a little behind to have to pay for that truth.
I need to be able to switch to PHP 7.3 or whatever the idea of using CWP was to be able to use it without having to pay anything to use it, thanks and regards.

CWP Pro PHP switching is for use on a per user/domain basis. Example one site might use 5.3 whilst the server/system uses 7.1. This is what "PHP Selector"/"PHP-FPM Selector" does. IMO, the current yearly price is well worth it, if you need that capability.

As standard (including CWP), you can switch to one particular PHP version, that applies to both the system and websites - "PHP Version Switcher".

Running a server/VPS means YOU take responsibility to learn how to do it properly. If you can't manage, buy shared hosting.
Back to lurking mode. :-/
