can't log in to email "login failed"

Hello
Yesterday I got an update for the control panel and after the update I faced a problem in all the domains on the server
When trying to login to the roundcube email, "connection to storage server failed", the problem was searched and found a solution which is to delete the Dovecot and install it again via ssh and then the problem was solved but another message appears when trying to log in to the email which is "login failed" and the entered information is correct and tried Searching for the problem, and I did not find a solution. I hope for your help. I have about 40 domains, and none of them can access the e-mail
please help me

The origional answer should not have been to delete/reinstall dovecot.  Roundcube is a PHP script.  If it couldn't access the storage engine, it was probably a permissions problem.   If you reinstalled dovecot, but didn't configure it correctly, it has no idea what accounts are on the server.  CWP uses Mysql to hold the account info, and if dovecot deleted that table on uninstall, you may have fubared your mail.

Oh now I learned how to do it seems I got it wrong when I deleted the dovecot
But now what is the solution? What can I do?
There are approximately 43 accounts with email

you would need to check dovecot config and use mail server rebuild from cwp admin and if after that you still have the issue then you need to check the logs and/or contact cwp support.
