Trial Premium licence doesn't switch to free
« on: May 28, 2020, 08:07:40 AM »
It was told that after 1 month of Premium trial Softaculous automatically switch to Free license.
Instead it shows me error message:
License Inactive
Your license (###-###) is not active or it has expired. If your license has expired, please renew it to continue using this Software.

If has Refresh License link but nothing happens when I click on it.

How to switch to Free license?

The free version of Softaculous will still work.  That's just a high pressure sales tactic by Softaculous.

Also I've noticed when login as user I see License inactive and can't install anything.
Seems it hasn't switched to Free license.

After contacting Softaculous support it was fixed remotely.
I just had to click Refresh license once again.
