You will be fine with cwp :)
I've had many doubts regarding stability and bugs, and even support, as previously I was cpanel user.
But after nearly a year of using cwp I am satisfied with panel.  :)

Well its been over 24hrs I have still yet to be able to upgrade to pro-version. Billing Support has really fumble the ball on this one.Give them couple more hours then I will be demand a refund and going back to cpanel. Cause this is the worst customer support (Billing) I have ever had to deal with.

CueBall,

We've been running CWP for awhile now.
Sometimes, you just have to work problems out here on the forums or yourself.

Check a couple things.

1. Hostname is pointed to the right IP, and rDNS is set. (I know this sounds stupid, but if rDNS isn't correct, it can cause weird problems.)
2. In CWP billing software, make sure it has the servers correct Base Public IPv4.
3. Try & run: sh /scripts/update_cwp (This will Reset CWPpro, in licensing only)

Let me know if this works or doesn't.

Its Billing Support (Staff) at cwp7.  They said they changed the ip, witch they have not. Hence why i can't get the sh /scripts/update_cwp to download. I have already checked my ports to make sure their listen. I have done ping test to the server. SSH works fine ect. There support Tech at Cwp7 ssh into my server and determined that IP listed with Cwp7 need to be changed.

Maybe I did.
I'm just another user here trying to help.
And am an odd ball, I switched over to CentOS 8 before RedHat's announcement.

But you can change the IP on your license at any time by logging in at:
https://support.centos-webpanel.com/

Then under: Your Active Products/Services
Click on the license you want to update, and then at the bottom the next screen you will see "Change Server IP"
Just enter the correct base IP for your server and click on submit.

Give it 5-10 minutes, and then try and run sh /scripts/update_cwp via ssh on your server. And it should update.

Something happened with Let's Encrypt that another user & myself had a problem with the hostname SSL renewing.
After we temporally disabled the firewall and ran the change hostname, it worked. The re-enable the firewall (csf)

That Option not there in mine. They are aware of that too. Hence why they said they switch the IP, They didn't . They still haven't reply back. So Cancelled and request a refund. I use cpanel. I don't mind paying more if the service is better then the lack of support here with this company.

Chow.

Why should we send more tickets? This forum could be the perfect place to solve them, there are lots of users out there googling the same issues.

Why do this forum even exist otherwise? I strongly suggest you to stop doing things on an old 90's fashion. Times have changed guys, come on..
Why should anybody provide free support to you?
Why do you expect production support from a free open source forum?
Why do you use Google when it is a commercial platform where you mostly will not find reliable information?
Why don't you ask cPanel and Plesk for the same than you did in here? Please place their answers in here.

That is correct: a control panel for production use requires working and stable elements.
It is good to have additional functionality but not if it sacrifices the stability of a system. Additional functions should not be installed by default (eg. GoAccess) but be made available as add-on packages.

CWP guys, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ERROR THAN cPanel DID MAKING IT AN UNRELIABLE PIECE OF BLOATWARE.

Focus in the core functions, make them solid and easy to use and understand, the rest MUST BE included by add-ons. Learn from others mistakes and do not do them.

Good luck
