 Hi,
I've been receiving the following error for a few weeks:

Please use the SMTP relay at your 550-5.7.1 service provider instead.

What I can do? I'm desperate

I'm desperate
No you're not, otherwise you won't post on a forum, looking for a quick answer, rather than an internet search.

Shared hosting is cheap these days. Just saying.

To give me a cheap accommodation, I would not have a cwp ... If you are looking for my presentation, you will know why I use cwp

I'm sorry to tell you that you have not solved anything at all for me, with what you tell me I already know, everything is well configured at the DNS level, the problem is being the cwp.

I know I have a dynamic IP and it is removed from the blacklists, but ...

Because a week or two ago it worked so well and now it has stopped working?

If any of your applications run sendmail, then switch to SMTP.

Please use the SMTP relay at your 550-5.7.1 service provider instead.

Lets assume what you really mean is this:
Code: [Select]
550-5.7.1 [12.34.56.78] The IP you're using to send mail is not authorized to
550-5.7.1 send email directly to our servers. Please use the SMTP relay at your
550-5.7.1 service provider instead.
Connection closed by foreign host.

I assume that either you haven't set up:
  • DKIM / SPF records correctly
  • rDNS PTR records
  • or you're blacklisted

You'll need to provide more information, whats the full error message? :)

There's a really good guide here:
