Title: Billing just does not respond to tickets. not like life ends ....

I am trying to buy Pro license and I do not have a credit card. Previously I could do with my debit card/s now it is impossible :(

As long as your debit card has a Visa/Mastercard logo it should work fine.

If it's just a debit card, then it just for an ATM for pin use.
